Registration fees cover access to the conference, lunch buffet on May 11 and May 12, the welcome reception on May 11 and coffee breaks.

Registration fees are as follows:

Early-bird rates (before April 15, 2026):

• Free for Students (PhD and Master’s students) and postdoctoral researchers who are members of the SCF, SFP, or EPA : registration is free but mandatory and must be completed before April 15, 2025.
• 50 € for Students (PhD and Master’s students) and postdoctoral researchers who are not members of the SCF, SFP, or EPA
• 150 € for academics (researchers, lecturers, engineers, technicians) who are members of the SCF, SFP, or EPA
• 200 € for other academics
• 300 € for industry participants

Standard rates (after April 15, 2026):

• 200 € for academics (researchers, lecturers, engineers, technicians) who are members of the SCF, SFP, or EPA
• 250 € for other academics
• 400 € for industry participants

Registration fees are VAT-exempt, as we are not subject to VAT.

Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email. Registration will be confirmed after payment.
