Registration fees cover access to the conference, lunch buffet on May 12 and May 13, the welcome reception on May 11, drinks at Poster session on May 12 and coffee breaks.

Registration fees are as follows:

Early-bird rates (before April 15, 2026):

• Free for Students (PhD and Master’s students) and postdoctoral researchers who are members of the SCF, SFP, or EPA : registration is free but mandatory and must be completed before April 15, 2025.
• 100 € for Students (PhD and Master’s students) and postdoctoral researchers who are not members of the SCF, SFP, or EPA
• 200 € for academics (researchers, lecturers, engineers, technicians) who are members of the SCF, SFP, or EPA
• 250 € for other academics
• 300 € for industry participants

We are also pleased to announce that the first 10 registered PhD students or postdoctoral researchers who are not SCF members will benefit from free registration, thanks to the support of the PEPR LUMA program (limited to one participant per laboratory and subject to the submission and acceptance of an abstract for either a poster or an oral presentation). If you are concerned and interested, please send a request by email to Olivier Soppera (olivier.soppera@uha.fr) after submitting your abstract.

Standard rates (after April 15, 2026):

• 250 € for academics (researchers, lecturers, engineers, technicians) who are members of the SCF, SFP, or EPA
• 300 € for other academics
• 400 € for industry participants

Registration fees are VAT-exempt, as we are not subject to VAT.

Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email. Registration will be confirmed after payment.
